I am an SRA-authorised solicitor with over 10 years’ post-qualification experience in UK real estate finance and property law. I practise through Noma Legal, an SRA-regulated law firm.

My work includes advising individuals, lenders and corporate entities on property and finance transactions. A significant part of my practice involves providing independent legal advice (ILA) to personal guarantors, company directors and occupiers in connection with limited company mortgages and related lending arrangements.

I have acted in matters involving major banks, private lenders and specialist finance providers, as well as landlords, tenants and borrowers in a wide range of property transactions. This experience enables me to explain complex financial documentation clearly and concisely.
