I am an SRA-authorised solicitor with more than 10 years of experience in UK real estate finance and property law. I practise through Noma Legal Ltd, an SRA-regulated law firm.

My work includes advising individuals, lenders and companies on property and finance transactions. A large part of my practice is independent legal advice for personal guarantors, company directors and occupiers, in connection with limited company mortgages and related lending.

I have acted on matters involving high street banks, private lenders and specialist finance providers, as well as for landlords, tenants and borrowers across a wide range of property work. That experience helps me explain financial documents in plain terms.
